(KNOX) – At Tuesday’s County Commission meeting, the Grand Forks County Commission approved an employee corrective action policy that has updates to clarify the county’s role in determining conduct and performance standards. The new policy also includes a disciplinary suspension of up to five scheduled shifts or 40 hours, with another 24.5 hours in specific circumstances. This policy involves consultation with both human resources and State’s Attorney Haley Wamstad.
