(KNOX) – A 35-year-old Fargo man was arrested early Sunday morning after he refused to get down from a light tower he climbed up in downtown Fargo.
Both the Fargo Police and Fire Department’s, as well as a Sanford Ambulance responded at around 11:18pm Saturday on the 500 block of Broadway North.
First responders tried to convince the man to climb down and he eventually agreed after several hours.
Ralph Wallot was arrested on criminal trespassing charges, as well as charges for reckless endangerment, and preventing arrest.
