(KNOX) –UND football players Jonnie Wiltshire and Avery Scott should know soon about whether they will still have eligibility to continue playing for the Fighting Hawks this season.
Both of them were seeing a fifth season of eligibility from the NCAA, and they each still have a temporary restraining order status from Grand Forks County District Court that they received before this season started.
Head Coach Eric Schmitt says that Wiltshire will have a preliminary injunction hearing during the first week of October, while Scott has a hearing this Thursday.
