(KNOX) – A 36-year old motorcyclist from Horace suffered life threatening injuries when running an intersection on University Drive South in Fargo.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the motorcyclist went into the intersection Sunday morning after 4am and he hit the rear passenger side of a Subaru Forester.
The two men inside the Forester were wearing seat belts and weren’t hurt in the crash. The motorcyclist was thrown from his Harley Davidson motorcycle and it stopped in the intersection. The Horace man faces DUI and possession of drug supplies charges.
The crash is being investigated by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
