(KNOX) –A 19-year-old was killed in a rollover crash in Norman County.
The crash happened Thursday at 3:40 a.m. on Highway 75 near mile marker 276. The Minnesota State Patrol says two men were driving when they lost control and rolled into a ditch.
Bain Elhard of Halstad died in the crash, and was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt.
23-year-old Jacob Smagala of Plainfield was driving the car and he suffered non-life threatening injuries. He was wearing a seatbelt and was taken to Ada hospital for treatment. The State Patrol is investigating to see if alcohol was involved.
