Organizers emphasize this will be a peaceful event and remind participants to be respectful and to keep the event safe and positive for everyone.
The groups say on social media that they want this to be “an opportunity for respectful conversation and a great community atmosphere. We need everyone we can to show up in order for this to have a chance of working.”
The event is planned for 4:00 p.m. Saturday at the corner of 13th Ave. & 45th St S.
