(KNOX) – An 18-year-old man from Moorhead was flown to Sanford Hospital in Fargo after falling off a golf cart on the 4th of July.
The accident happened east of Pelican Rapids, near Lake Lida, at around 9:00 on Saturday night. Deputies found that Brandon Lau was riding on the back of the golf cart when he fell off and suffered head injuries. He was issued a citation for underage drinking and driving.
