(KNOX) – Before the East Grand Forks City Council this week is the approval of the Point Bridge Project.
East Grand Forks City Engineer Steve Emery said the project has been approved by the Minnesota Department of Transportation District 2 Office and that both states are paying for the project.
“From North Dakota is going to be given to Minn DOT then they’ll disperse those funds as dollars are spent,” said Emery.
The Point Bridge is one of three, two state links that connects East Grand Forks and Grand Forks.
