(KNOX) – According to the Minnesota State Patrol two Grand Forks residents were injured after a two vehicle crash on westbound Highway 2 in Polk County. The crash happened in Fisher Township.
Both vehicles were traveling westbound on Highway 2 when they collided. Randy Kostrzewski, 60, was behind the wheel of a 2008 Ford Escape. His passenger, Leticia Hamilton, 53, both sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks.
The driver of the second vehicle, a 2014 Chevy Suburban, was Isaac Benson, 19, of Manvel. Benson was not injured.
Crookston Area Ambulance, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and the Fisher Fire Department responded to the scene.
