(KNOX) – Sargent Jason Dvorak retired from the Grand Forks Police Department after serving the citizens of the city for over 29 years.
A ceremony was held this week at the Grand Forks Police Station.
Grand Forks Police Chief Jason Freedman led the ceremony, thanking Dvorak for his dedication and years of service to the community, agency and profession at large.
Dvorak said the biggest change he has seen in his career has been the advancement of technology.
