(KNOX) – The highway patrol said that Theresa Custer, 54, of Hillsboro was seriously injured in a rollover crash in Traill County.
According to the highway patrol, the crash happened when 2008 Ford F-250 driven by Custer was traveling east on Traill County Road 13 when the pickup left the road ditch and rolled over. Custer was not wearing a seat belt, was taken by Sanford AirMed to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo
The crash happened about eight miles northeast of Hillsboro. Road conditions were dark and ice-covered at the time, the patrol said.
The Traill County Sheriff’s Office, Hillsboro Fire Department and Sanford Ambulance Service also responded to the scene.
