(KNOX) – Grand Forks School Board approved a tax incentive for affordable housing unit. The board granted Brookstone Apartments a 20-year, 90% Payment in Lieu of Taxes, a PIOLT.
The Brookstone Apartments project is expected to offer 160 units and will is slated to be built on 39th Avenue South, near Furniture Row.
The Grand Forks School Board approved the PILOT request by a vote of 7-2.
