(KNOX) – East Grand Forks City Council received an update on recreation improvement projects.
Tom McDonald of the firm Construction Engineers gave the overview and bid package timeline to the council.
“The first stage is a schematic design. The next stage is design development. At that stage the documents are sixty percent complete. They are starting to work out details. And then we do another estimate at that stage,” McDonald said.
The projects are being done at the Civic and VFW Arenas.
