(KNOX) -Court documents said that a 20-year-old Grand Forks man faces multiple felony charges for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor over a two-year period when both were children.
Roman Harrow has been charged with five counts of gross sexual imposition and one count of indecent exposure in Grand Forks County District Court.
The charges were filed this week according to the documents.
The incidents occurred between January 2016 and December 2018 when the defendant was a minor and the victim was 8 years old. The reported crimes took place at a home in Grand Forks County.
He is in the Grand Forks County Correctional Faculty.
