(KNOX) – The public can give their input on Grand Forks’ 2026 Community Development Block Grant Program action plan.
Citizens have until noon Monday December 1st to submit written remarks for a public hearing.
The public hearing will be held during the regular scheduled Grand Forks City Council meeting which starts at 5:30 pm.
