
(KNOX) – Legal records said that a Grand Forks man has been arrested after he allegedly threatened to murder someone.
Masen Brueckner,18, is facing one count of terrorizing. Grand Forks Police responded to a terrorizing call at 58th Avenue South.
The victim told police that Brueckner said he was going to break into his home and murder him. The victim had an audio recording of the threats, the records said.
The records say the threats terrified the victim and put him in a state of fear for his and his friend’s lives. The victim told police that Brueckner has threatened him in the past, and says that Brueckner had access to weapons.
Brueckner was found walking on the street one block from the home of the victim.
