(KNOX) – The North Dakota Public Service Commission will hold public input sessions on Monday, October 13th at the Grand Forks Chamber Board Room, 202 North Street 3rd Street in downtown at Noon and 6 p.m.
It will examine the proposed Xcel Energy electric rate increase.
