(KNOX) – Columbia Road in Grand Forks will be down to one lane in each direction starting Monday, September 8th. The closure will be from 13th Avenue South to 9th Avenue South.
The lane closures are in place to allow crews to place a storm water force main under Columbia Road.
This is the last phase of the Vail Circle Project. 11th Avenue South will reopen on Monday. Traffic from 11th Avenue South onto Columbia Road will be restricted to right turns only.
The lane closures on Columbia Road are expected to be in place for four weeks, weather permitting.
