(KNOX) – Crews will be closing 11th Avenue South just east of South Columbia Road in Grand Forks this coming Friday, August 15th.
Detour signs will be posted.
A storm water force main will be installed in the area as part of an improvement project along 11th Avenue South.
The closure is expected to be in place for 10 days, weather permitting.
