(KNOX) – The Grand Forks Police Department said that one man was arrested with outstanding warrants after police surrounded an apartment complex over the weekend.
Grand Forks Police said that several officers were attempting to arrest the man at the Winterland Apartments on 5th Avenue North.
Police confirm that the man came out of the apartment and was arrested without further incident.
