(KNOX) – The Grand Forks Police responded an attempted sexual assault on Gateway Drive Wednesday.
Initial investigation revealed that a male subject, Andrew Ebertowski allegedly forced his way into a female neighbor’s apartment, grabbed her and said he wanted to sleep with her, and pushed her against a kitchen counter.
The female was able to break free without being harmed and ran to a friend’s apartment where she called 911.
Ebertowski has been arrested and is facing several charges.
