(KNOX) – A Grand Forks man was found guilty of murder for shooting a man at a downtown bar last July 4th.
Nicholas Narveson, 27, shot and killed James Jorgenson, 53, on July 4, 2024 in Grand Forks.
Narveson claimed self-defense.
Next for Narveson is a sentencing hearing scheduled for August 1st.
Narveson is being held without bond at the Grand Forks County Correctional Center.
