(KNOX) – A Grand Forks County couple has been charged with child neglect after their one year-old tested positive for cocaine and marijuana.
According to court records Erik and Samantha Graham received a home visit from the Grand Forks County Human Services in February.
During the visit, officials became concerned with the physical well-being of the Graham’s six children who were eventually removed from the home.
The court documents said that the children were drug-tested. Two of the children, a 10-year-old and a 1-year-old, tested positive for marijuana. The one year-old also tested positive for cocaine.
