(KNOX) – The City of Grand Forks is preparing to determine closing dates for properties at 575 and 579 South Washington Street.
This comes after the city council let the Jobs Development Authority take over buying the estates.
The sites on Washington Street at Demers Avenue and would be used for the city fire marshal’s office.
The property is by the located by the Grand Forks Central Fire Station on Demers Avenue.
