(KNOX) – According to court records a Crookston man was sentenced to 98 months for methamphetamine crimes.
Abelardo Deleon, 56, gave Alford pleas to the crimes. That means he maintains his innocence but acknowledges there’s enough evidence that he would likely be convicted if he took the case to trial.
He was charge with first degree sale of a controlled substance as well as other charges.
He was given credit for time served.
