(KNOX) -The Grand Forks County Commission approved a tax exemption for Cirrus Aircraft expansion.
It is a property tax exemption that would be a 10-year, 100% payment in lieu of taxes, a pilot, which is being spearheaded by the City of Grand Forks.
The tax exemption is for the expansion of Cirrus’ Grand Forks facility.
Cirrus will pay $213,000 to $214,000 in the pilot for that 10-year period.
