(KNOX) – According to court documents a Crookston man will change his plea in a child criminal sexual conduct case.
Rodrigo Flores, 30, is charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct with someone under the age of 13.
The alleged incident occurred at a Crookston residence around 2017.
The victim said that Flores threatened and told the individual not to say anything.
When interviewed by law enforcement, Flores initially said that he had never touched the girl “like that,” but once he was told what she reported, he allegedly disclosed that he did touch her inappropriately.
