(KNOX) – The University of North Dakota is being sued by the former women’s soccer coach.
Chris Logan claims the school retaliated against him and violated the state’s whistleblower act.
Logan coached the team from late 2016 until last November, when his contract wasn’t renewed.
He said that the non-renewal came after he reported disparities between the men’s and woman’s soccer facilities and resources during a title 9 investigation.
He is asking for damages related to economic losses, mental anguish, and damage to his reputation.
Logan is now the head women’s soccer coach at Minot State University
