(KNOX) – Court records indicate that two Grand Forks teens are facing attempted murder charges for allegedly shooting at an occupied vehicle.
Walker Poitra and Mason Allery cases were transferred to adult criminal court.
The alleged incident occurred January 3rd.
Their cases were originally filed in juvenile court.
Allery and Poitra are facing the same 13 charges.
