(KNOX) – The East Grand Forks City Council approved a new method for buying fire trucks.
After an understanding is created, the city and the townships that the East Grand Forks Fire Department serves, will take an investment in each fire engine.
While the fire trucks will be considered a possession of the city, under the arraignment the City of East Grand Forks and the townships are putting in money for all the fire trucks.
The City of East Grand Forks and the townships have previously bought a fire truck in 2018.
