(KNOX) – Chief Jason Freedman will be sworn in as the 24th Grand Forks Police Department Chief of Police on Friday, January 31st.
The swearing-in ceremony will be held at 10am in the City Council Chambers at City Hall.
Chief Freedman has been a law enforcement officer for 28 years.
Most recently he was a Captain of the Midtown District for the Madison Police Department before accepting the position with the City of Grand Forks.
