Moorhead police are investigating the death of a male child. Officers responded to a medical assist call at a south side apartment shortly after 1:00 a.m. this morning. The child was transported to the Sanford Hospital where he later died. The Minnesota BCA and Moorhead Police Department are processing the scene. The body is being transported to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy. The MPD says there is no known threat to the public.
