EPIC Companies is starting a new hybrid-style hotel chain called IMAGINE By EPIC. The North Dakota development firm says the first three locations are planned for Fargo, Grand Forks and Minot.
In a media release the company says the hotels are designed to support current sites that EPIC already has in development – including the Beacon by EPIC in downtown Grand Forks. The hotel will not only serve as a place for guests attending events at their respective plazas and the surrounding communities, but it will also be the home for complete mixed-use infrastructure.
Residents will also have access to amenities and services provided by the hotel, such as, but not limited to, pool/hot tub, cleaning and maintenance services, fitness room, convenience store, meeting rooms, and 24-hour security.
The five story hotel will have 110-140 rooms per hotel with upscale living options on the top floor. The first three hotels will open summer of 2026.
