A 19-year old West Fargo man has been arrested for murder and strong armed robbery. West Fargo Police say the Red River Valley SWAT team conducted a high-risk search warrant around 8:00 p.m. last night (Tues-day). The team used a flash sound diversionary device during the entry. The suspect was identified as Fabian Scott.

He is the second man arrested in the fatal shooting of 16 year old James Moore on May 22nd. 31-year-old Marcus Rexrode of Fargo was arrested on May 25 in connection with Moore’s death.

The case has been referred to the Cass County States Attorney’s Office.
