A homicide investigation is underway in Thief River Falls (MN).
The Thief River Falls Police Department and Pennington County Sheriff’s office responded to a call at the Digi-Key Corporation shortly after 10:00 p.m. Tuesday night. When they arrived on scene they found a deceased male. The cause of death was determined to be homicidal violence. The Minnesota BCA is also assisting in the investigation.
A joint statement says a suspect…Jorge Luis Benitez-Estremera…is in custody. The name of the victim has not been released. Details surrounding the death have not been released.
