The East Grand Forks council took on a slightly different look last night (Tuesday) as two new members were sworn in with the arrival of 2023.
Karen Peterson and Ben Pokrzywinski came away with election wins in November. They joined incumbent Dale helms in taking the oath of office.
Members also re-elected Mark Olstad as president and named Tim Riopelle as vice-president of the council.
