By Doug Barrett Jan 4, 2023 | 1:44 PM

The Alerus Center will give the suite level a makeover in 2023.

The Events Center Commission today approved the low bid of Diversified Contractors in the amount of $1.33 million dollars. The building features 14 suites…a club lounge…and an upper level that will house five additional suites.

A total of three bids were considered for the work.

The building’s 23 ticketed events in 2022 combined for 100,052 tickets sold – an economic impact estimated at $16 million dollars.

The Alerus Center opened in 2001.
