A man who left the U-S after he was charged with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in Moorhead 22 years ago is in Clay County Jail.
Curtis Brovold, 67, was arrested by the FBI this week outside his home in Mexico.
Bond for Brovold was set at $250,000 with conditions or $400,000 without conditions. He would be forced to give up his passport.
Prosecutors say he met the victim online and flew to Moorhead where he had sex with the girl at a motel.
