Worship service and all activities at University Lutheran Church have been canceled for tonight.

All Grand Forks Public and Grand Forks Air Force Base Schools will start two hours late tomorrow, Wednesday, January 5. Start times will be 10 a.m. for Head Start and High School, 10:15 a.m. for elementary, 10:30 a.m. for Nathan Twining Elementary and Middle Schools, and 10:40 a.m. for middle school. Also, buses will run two hours late. There will be no breakfast or morning activities.

East Grand Forks School and buses will be closed on Wednesday (1/5).

Crookston Schools cancelled today.

Sacred Heart School and Child Care is Closed today.

Larimore School running 2 hours late…buses where possible.

Thompson Schools will be 2 hours late for Wednesday. ESP and all before school practices are cancelled. Any further decisions before 7:30 a.m.

Manvel School and buses 2 hours late (1/5) due to weather.

Park River Area School will run school and buses 2 hours late on Wednesday, January 5th. There will be no morning Preschool or morning E S P.

Devils Lake schools and buses will run 2 hours late on January 5th, 2022. Buses will travel where possible.

Red Lake Falls school and buses 2 hours late.

Climax-Shelly Schools will have a Distance learning day on Wednesday, January 5th, 2022. There will be no in-school learning; the student will follow their distance learning instruction.
No after-school activities!

UND will close at 7:00 p.m. and reopen Wednesday (1/5) at 10:00 a.m. due to weather.

NCTC campus closed until 10:00 a.m.

The North Dakota Department of Human Services offices in Devils Lake, Fargo, Grafton, Grand Forks, Jamestown, Rolla and Valley City will delay opening until 10 a.m. tomorrow, Jan. 5, due to hazardous weather conditions.

The City of East Grand Forks is declaring a snow emergency which will take effect at midnight on Wednesday, January 5th. The emergency shall remain in effect until all streets have been cleared to their full width. During a snow emergency there is no parking allowed on City streets. Vehicles parked on the street during a snow emergency are subject to ticketing and towing.

Grand Forks Public Health’s COVID-19 testing event, scheduled to take place tomorrow (1/5) at University of North Dakota’s (UND) Fritz Pollard Jr. Athletic Center, will be closed tomorrow due to inclement weather. COVID-19 testing will resume at UND’s Fritz Pollard Jr. Athletic Center Wednesday, January 6, 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

CVIC’s Kids First supervised visitation program will close at 7 p.m. tonight, Jan. 4.  CVIC offices will open at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5. Our crisis support team is available through our 24X7 crisis line at 701-746-8900 for anyone needing assistance and support.

Grand Forks County Offices and the Grand Forks County Courthouse will delay opening until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday due to inclement weather.

Grand Forks Cities Area Transit (CAT) will be delaying its regular service until 9 am on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 due to the weather.

The following libraries will delay opening until noon today (1/5/22) due to weather conditions:

The Hendrum Library LINK Site will not open today (1/5/22) due to weather conditions.

All West Fargo municipal buildings are closed to the public until 12 p.m. today due to weather conditions.
