The Grand Forks Fire Department was called out this afternoon to extinguish a vehicle fire on North Washington. The pickup stalled along the curb just south of the underpass. Crews quickly doused the flames. There were no reported injuries. Authorities blocked north bound travel shortly before 4:30 p.m. Traffic moving south was reduced to one lane. The cause is under investigation.
