(KNOX) – Spectators had a chance to admire, purchase, even create artwork of their own during ArtFest in University Park Saturday and Sunday.
The Public Arts Commission hosted nearly 100 artists, artisans, food vendors and musicians over the weekend.
ArtFest caters to more than 20,000 art lovers and festival-goers from around the region.
