(KNOX) – Grand Forks County Sheriff logged three arrests Thursday morning from a single high-speed pursuit.
Just after 4 a.m., a Grand Forks County Sheriff’s Deputy had stopped a red Dodge Charger for crossing the center line in the city of Grand Forks. The vehicle proceeded to flee to South Washington… where speeds exceeded 100 miles per hour.
The vehicle fled west and continued to attempt to elude the Deputy by taking several turns on residential roads.
The vehicle eventually fled east in the 1800 block of 27th Avenue South and crashed into a parked vehicle. The driver immediately fled the scene on foot.
Occupants inside the vehicle were identified as Deborah Fleetwood, a 33-year-old female from Carrington, North Dakota, and Destinie Rivera, a 23-year-old female from Pee-zik, North Dakota. Rivera was arrested on outstanding warrants. Fleetwood was arrested upon suspicion of felony hindering law enforcement.
About two hours later, a phone call tipped Grand Forks Police of a suspicious male… who was identified as the operator of the vehicle in pursuit. He was identified as Kyle My-shack, a 31-year-old male from New Rockford, North Dakota.
He was arrested upon suspicion of the following charges. Felony Criminal Mischief; Driving under Suspension; Reckless Endangerment with Extreme Indifference; Refusal to halt; Fleeing a police officer while fleeing from a felony, and two outstanding felony warrants.
