A beam signing ceremony was held Thursday afternoon for the Career Impact Academy in Grand Forks. School and local leaders put their names on the final beam that sits atop the CIA building that’s under construction near Gateway and I-29. The Academy will offer career programming to high school and adult learners. The $30 million dollar construction project is expected to be completed by the summer of 2025.
