Fargo police are searching for an 18-year old man who threatened staff at the Stepping Stones Resource Center last night (Wednesday). Authorities say Austin Ruddell forced his way into the building armed with a gun. Staff immediately locked the facility down and the suspect fled the scene in a white four door 2000 Honda Accord. Ruddell is described as a white male….six-two…brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen in a white t-shirt and jeans. Police say anyone who sees Ruddell should call 9-1-1 as he is considered to be armed and dangerous.
The Fargo P-D says the vehicle has been impounded and the handgun was confiscated.
