The latest Triple-A Fuel Survey puts North Dakota’s average at $3.23 a gallon. That’s 38 cents lower than one month ago – and 33 cents less than last year at this time.
Pump prices in Minnesota sit at $3.21 a gallon. The national average is $3.36.
