A young bicyclist was transported to Altru Hospital on Thursday after a run in with a moving vehicle. Grand Forks police say the juvenile male rode his bike into the oncoming traffic and was hit along the 1700 block of 12th Avenue North shortly after 7:30 p.m. The extent of the injuries are unknown. The driver of the motor vehicle was not hurt. The accident remains under investigation.
