A 53-year old Larimore (ND) man is hospitalized after crashing into the back of a semi on I-29 on Saturday. According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol the semi was traveling from Illinois and going to stop in Grand Forks for the night. The NDHP says Stacey Bakke struck the semi-trailer in the rear at approximately 65-70 mph. The accident occurred just north of Hillsboro. The Bakke was transported to Altru Hospital with unknown injuries. The driver of the semi was not injured. According to the NDHP the accident remains under investigation.
