West Fargo Police say a 31-year-old man has been arrested for murder.
Around 7:35 this (Thu) morning, police responded to a medical emergency in the 1100 block of Eaglewood Avenue West and found a woman dead in the home.
Police say, based on an investigation and evidence gathered at the scene, Spencer Moen of West Fargo was arrested for murder.
Moen is being held at the Cass County Jail.
The victim’s identity is being withheld.
Police call it an “isolated incident” and say “there is no further threat to the public.”
Authorities say the investigation is “active and ongoing.”
