Demolition of the former Eide car dealership in Grand Forks is well underway.
The site plans call for a new Holiday Store at 1316 South Washington. The proposed project includes a 5200 square foot building with an attached car wash on over two acres of land.
Utility easements had to be addressed before the construction could get underway.
The dealership closed in December 2020. The building was used for the annual Santa Village display this past December.
