An arrest warrant has been issued for a 40-year old Ogema (MN) man in connection with the shooting death of 35-year old David Hanks Jr. of Park Rapids (MN). The Becker County Sheriff’s office was called to the community of Pine Point on Sunday where they found Hanks dead near a home. Authorities say Michael Croud has been identified as a suspect in the case and faces a 2nd degree murder charge. The S-O says anyone with information is urged to contact the department. A number of agencies are assisting in the investigation including the Minnesota BCA.
